MVCD talks to the Oregon Legislature

Rick Russell testifies in support of Oregon House Bill 3644, which would allow but not require safe parking throughout the state.

On Feb. 25, our executive director, Rick Russell, testified before the Oregon House Housing and Homelessness Committee, along with Central Oregon Intergovernmental Committee Executive Tammy Barney.

They were speaking in support of Oregon House Bill 3644, which would formally allow, but not require, safe parking throughout the state.
